1.) How do I Post a Job Vacancy?
It's as easy as ABC to Post a Job on www.Jobs-in-Teaching.com.
If you haven't already, Register
To stand out, don't forget to add a School Logo.
Once logged in click on Add Job, fill in the Job Details and then sit back and await your responses.
2.) How do I Apply to a Job vacancy?
It's easy applying to a job vacancy on www.Jobs-in-Teaching.com.
If you haven't already, Register
don't forget to add you current CV. Then click on the Job you're interested in and then on Apply.
The Job poster is notified immediately!
3.) You've Recieved an email from us to say someone has applied to your job & want to receive the
Job Applicant details?
Head to the Menu bar, click on 'SIGN IN', then 'SCHOOL', then enter your password;
If you have forgotten, or do not have the password for your account,
Click on 'Password Reminder' link;
Enter your email (the one that received the notification)
Your login details will be sent to your email address;
Login to www.Jobs-in-Teaching.com using the SIGN IN link on the menu bar;
Once logged in, go to the Menu bar, click on 'Account', Find the relevant job & click on the 'View Job Applicants' button.
4.) We already use a Job Board!
If you already use a 'Job Board' for your vacancies, that's great!
Why not run us side by side?
You have nothing to lose & plenty of money to save!!
Consider this.....
a) How much does it cost you to advertise on your favourite job board?
Well did you know that, www.Jobs-in-Teaching.com only costs £100 per year!? with No Hidden Costs!
Not per Job, but in total, per year (plus VAT).
Therefore, for this small membership fee, you have the opportunity to post an unlimited amount of Job Adverts, for all roles.
b) Also, how do you know that the Candidates your advert attracts, are not being
offered placements/interviews at other Schools by your job board agent?
Candidates that apply to your Job Vacancy Adverts on www.Jobs-in-Teaching.com DO NOT go into
a talent pool that job board agents can dip into and offer out to other schools!
c) We also post all Job Vacancies to all your Local area Social Media websites, ensuring that you attract a decent amount of candidates for shortlisting.
5.) Bookmark a Job
No time to apply for a job right now?
Bookmark it for later and apply when you have time! You can Bookmark up to 5 Jobs.
6.) Trusts & Marketing Agencies
If you are an Organisation that will need to administer several different school's job adverts
then you'll need to register as a MA User(Multi-Account User).
To do this, just fill in the Contact form, requesting a MAU Account.
7.) Uploading a Job Advert
Uploading a Job Advert on Jobs-in-Teaching.com is easy to do.
First log into yor account (Go to the 'SIGN IN' button and click on 'SCHOOL' from the dropdown menu.
Once logged in, you'll notice an additional button on the Menu Bar, at the top of the page, called 'ADD JOB'.
Simply click this button and start to fill out the Job Advert form.
That's it. Your job is now live.
8.) Publishing a Job / unPublishing a Job
Jobs-in-Teaching.com gives you the facility to upload a job advert and save it until you are ready to Publish it.
Once a Vacancy is live you can remove it from its live status by Unpublishing it.
To unpublish a Job Advert, go to your 'Account' page, find the job in your list of Jobs and click on the 'Unpublish' button beneath the job advert that you want to remove from live status.
9.) Payment Processing
We currently use the ultra secure & fast services provided by PayPal, to process Credit cards, Debit Cards & other forms of payments.
It will be easier for you to manage your payments if you have an account, however a PayPal account is NOT required to make a payment for our services.
You can just use the 'Guest' checkout facility.
Using PayPal means that we do not store any Credit Card or other payment information.
10.) £100? Are you sure that's all it costs?
Yes!
The cost of placing an unlimited amount of Job Adverts for your school, is only £100 per year (plus VAT).
This is a membership fee cost, per School/Educational establishment, based on each location.
Therefore, if a School has 2 different locations/sites, it will need to pay 2 x Membership fees.
